Associate of Arts Degree Program

The San Quentin College Program is an extension site of Patten University. Students must complete 60 semester units (20 classes). Many of the course requirements listed below can be fulfilled by similar or related courses.

In addition to the classes required for the Associate of Arts degree, the program also offers classes (Pre-Calculus, Spanish, additional science classes) for students who would like to fulfill the requirements necessary for transfer-eligibility to the University of California and California State school systems.
